Customer setup files

FilePurpose
CLIENT-QUICKSTART.mdShort customer setup guide, host selection, first-job order, and product boundaries.
START-HERE-Claude-Code.mdComplete local installation and operating instructions for Claude Code or Codex.
COMPLETE-INSTALL.jsonRelease manifest containing the expected files and SHA-256 hashes. Required by the installer.
install.pyDependency-free installer and verifier. Copies the skills into the correct host folder and checks the release.
MANIFEST.jsonDownload receipt generated by the customer portal with the packaged file list, sizes, and hashes.
content/catalog.jsonProduct catalog, playbook names, descriptions, and output summaries.
content/library.jsonQuick-start instructions, demos, workflow guidance, and research guidance.
scripts/build-manifest.pyRelease-maintainer tool for rebuilding the release manifest.
scripts/validate-package.pyRelease validator for hashes, controllers, references, and credential-like strings.

COMPLETE-INSTALL.json is packaged separately from the 702 hashed release files because a manifest cannot hash itself without creating a circular reference.

Recommended operating order

1. Install the bundle and run operator-start. 2. Complete and approve the Buyer Avatar and business foundation. 3. Run feed-the-machine or research-machine for evidence and customer language. 4. Run offer-architect or offer-machine. 5. Review claims, proof requirements, economics, and constraints. 6. Run Conversion Copywriter and Ad Creative Studio in parallel. 7. Run only the channel plans needed: Meta, Search, YouTube/Demand Gen, or Email. 8. Run launch readiness before publishing, sending, or spending.

Client requirements and boundaries

The client supplies their own Claude Code or Codex access and any provider, advertising, analytics, email, or research credentials they choose to use. The bundle contains no API keys, passwords, payment information, or external account connections.

The optional broad Research Machine collector is a separate install. Without it, research can still run at the host's method-only level, with source limitations clearly labelled.

The playbooks create drafts, plans, files, and guarded recommendations. They do not publish ads, send email, spend media budget, or change external accounts automatically.
